The islands at 37°9'30" north latitude and 131°55' east longitude located 85 nautical miles northwest of the Oki Islands are hereby named Takeshima, and shall come under the jurisdiction of the Oki Islands Branch Office of the Shimane Prefecture. You are instructed to proclaim this matter in your jurisdiction.
