Last year, we received a request from Yonago of Hōki Province for permission to sail for Takeshima on a ship. The request from the civilians, Ichibee MURAKAWA and Jinkichi OYA, was forwarded to the Shogun. Since the Shogun said that permission may be granted, I ask you to inform them that they are permitted to sail (for Takeshima).
