Korean Flag was Waving
"Nagara," Returns from Takeshima (Nihonkai Shimbun)

"Nagara" (270 tons), the patrol vessel of the Sakai Maritime Safety Office, departed from Sakai Port at midnight of 17th, then, having engaged in the patrol mission of Takeshima, returned to Sakai at 9 in the morning of 18th.

Judging from the fact that three objects like survey markers to be seen near Nishi-jima Island (present-day O-jima), it is assumed that Korean academic research groups might come to Takeshima and conduct survey between 13th and 17th.
