Regarding the captioned matter, this is to inform you that notification has been received from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the effect that the Naval Subcommittee of the Japan-US Joint Committee initially reached Japan-US agreement as shown in Attachment (1), and the closure has moreover been approved by the Joint Committee as shown in Attachment (2).
