We would like to lease the land on the right (above), because we would like to devise methods to protect and propagate sea lions in said land and would also like to plant seeds for trees in order to prevent changes in land features. We seek permission for the above. As well as paying the lease fees in accordance with existing regulations as instructed, we will comply with the provisions of Shimane Prefectural Ordinance No.57 of 1891. We therefore attach drawings, and make this request with joint signature of the guarantor.
