As we are currently investigating the request from Nakai Yozaburo of Saigo Town in Suki County for territorial incorporation and lease (as shown in the attachments), I hereby inquire whether you would foresee no objection to the islands eventually coming under the jurisdiction of the Oki Island Government if belonging were thus determined, and at the same time whether you would kindly give your opinion on the naming of the islands.
