Held a meeting about the progress of negotiations with Kadena No.15 Weather Unit Leader on the problem of personnel reductions due to the new staffing capacity at the Observatory, and about the installation of weather facilities on Rasa Island, the Senkaku Islands (Uotsuri Island) and Yonaguni Island. We will submit an estimate for management regarding the installation to the No.15 Weather Unit by next Wednesday(March 18th), and therefore ask all sections to conduct research and submit data.
