Special Notice No.1

By command of the Military Governor, I hereby give notice of permanent danger zones (Ryukyu Military Strategy Guidelines No.2) as follows.

May 5, 1948 Provisional Government for the Northern Ryukyu Islands, Governor Nakae Sanetaka

Permanent danger zones

1. The zones shown on the left (below) are permanent danger zones to be used for bombing by the First Air Force.
(1) Zone 1 25°56' N, 123°41' E, Kobesho (Kuba Island)
No entry within 5 miles of this area.
