Mr Koga's achievements in the Ryukyu Islands (4)
Since 1884, aim of Mr Koga's business in the Senkaku Islands was merely to send his employees and migrant workers in certain seasons every year and to collect bird feathers and seafood. However, upon receiving permission to develop the Senkaku Islands for the first time in September 1896, he immediately established the business management policy of the islands.
