I learned a little about recent happenings in the Senkaku Islands from the "Island King", Mr Koga.
Mr Koga went to uninhabited islands where human endeavors were previously unknown by anyone, partly as a national project and partly as a project for private profit. There, he set to work excavating a harbor, using ten or more dynamos every day.
I think his efforts in developing the islands for several years, including the fact that this previously uninhabited island already has houses for people and even designs for a port, are an achievement that would not be easy for any ordinary person.
