We hereby give notice that, having applied together for permission to undertake sea lion hunting in Takeshima as a joint venture based on agreement among us, and having recently established a limited partnership company based on such joint conditions, we have concluded the attached Articles of Incorporation and auxiliary agreements, which were registered by a court of law on June 6th, 1905.
