Resource surveys in the Senkaku Islands
Test vessels are a source of worry
The cost of promoting mackerel fisheries in the Senkaku Islands (340,000 yen) is included, but the plan is to invite technicians from Japan and introduce the simplest and most effective mackerel fishing method(hane-tsuri). As a concrete initiative for this, test vessels and private vessels will be used and those wishing to learn techniques will be instructed in situ. Besides this, 200,000 yen is incorporated as the cost of resource surveys in and around the Senkaku Islands.
