Kobisho (Kuba Island) in the Senkaku Islands becomes a permanent danger zone

Kobisho (Kuba Island)in the Senkaku Islands is now a permanent danger zone, and no shipping may under any circumstances enter within 5 miles of this area.
According to reports by the First Aviation Division, shipping and personnel are starting to obstruct the bombing drills, and warnings should be issued to all relevant parties.
You are requested to publish the above matters in newspapers and to inform all vessel owners and captains of ships under your jurisdiction that the Kobisho (Kuba Island) district is a prohibited area as a permanent danger zone.
