Cable from the Governor of Okinawa Prefecture to the Minister of Home Affairs

When 31 fishermen from Fuzhou, China boarded a fishing boat and they were fishing, they were caught in a storm and their boat was washed away. On the 30th of last month, they drifted ashore on the Senkaku Islands in Yaeyama County of our jurisdiction (no casualties) and the relief effort is currently underway.
