Concerning the matter of erecting territorial markers on Kuba and Uotsuri Islands, I acknowledge the content of your inquiry by Hibetsu No. 133 dated December 27th of last year, with the report from the Governor of Okinawa Prefecture and the draft instruction sent to the Prefecture in 1885 attached.
