What do you know about Takeshima?
Takeshima is located in the south-western part of the Sea of Japan and approximately 211 km away from Honshu Island, which is one of the four main islands that make up Japan. Takeshima is actually not a single island, but a group of islands, including the two main islands, Mejima (Higashijima) Island and Ojima (Nishijima) Island and numerous small islands. The combined land mass of these islands is 0.20 km2.
