Islands' appearance utterly transformed(San'in Shimpo)

Sawa (Director of Fishery Administration, Shimane) returns from Takeshima
Previous report: Official Kawakami of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Director Sawa of the Fishery Administration Division, Shimane Prefecture have returned from a survey of Takeshima, islands shrouded in uncertainty. After calling at Saigo in Oki to research some materials in the Prefectural Branch Office on the 18th, they reached Sakai Port on the 19th, and arrived at the Shimane Prefectural Offices by automobile at 3 p.m. that day.
Director Sawa reports: The appearance of the islands was utterly transformed from the last time I went in June. First of all, the "Goka Village, Oki" marker post indicating the territory of Shimane Prefecture has been pulled up, and seven tin-plate surveying markers could be seen standing on Higashijima and Nishijima.
