On the case in question, having reported to the effect that an inquiry had been sent to the head of Fuzhou Province by Official Notification No. 143 dated December 21st of last year, a reply to the above inquiry has recently been received from the head of Fuzhou Province as shown on the attached copy, stating that he would convey your wishes to the each local official and others.
